Nature of Our Road Transportation Service

Swift Wheels provides chauffeur-driven rentals only. We do not offer self-drive vehicle rentals through this website. Vehicles booked through Swift Wheels are intended to be operated by a professional chauffeur.

Bookings & Quotations

A website enquiry, WhatsApp message or request for a quotation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after Swift Wheels has accepted the booking and any required payment, deposit or confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to the requested date, time, location, vehicle category and operational circumstances. Swift Wheels may provide an alternative vehicle of comparable suitability where the originally requested vehicle is unavailable, subject to client agreement where appropriate.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger, itinerary and contact information.
• Provide timely notice of changes to a booking.
• Ensure passengers comply with reasonable chauffeur and vehicle safety requirements.
• Pay agreed charges when due.
• For aviation bookings, provide accurate passenger and travel-document information required for the arrangement.

Private Aviation Brokerage

Swift Wheels Aviation acts as a charter broker / professional buyer. We source and arrange aircraft charter options on behalf of clients by communicating with independent aircraft operators and other authorised aviation suppliers.

Third-Party Operators

The actual operation of a charter flight is performed by the applicable independent aircraft operator. The operator is responsible for the operation of the aircraft and for satisfying the applicable operational, licensing, safety and regulatory requirements. The specific operator and aircraft will be identified in the applicable quotation or final charter documentation where available.

Aircraft Images & Information

Aircraft photographs, aircraft types, specifications and other aviation imagery displayed on the website may be illustrative. They must not be interpreted as a representation that Swift Wheels owns or operates the aircraft shown. Actual aircraft supplied for a particular trip are subject to availability and operator confirmation.

Flight Confirmation

A private jet enquiry becomes a confirmed charter only when the applicable charter arrangements have been accepted and confirmed by the relevant parties, including any required contract, payment and operator acceptance. Until then, information supplied during the enquiry process remains subject to change.

Changes, Delays & Operational Matters

Aircraft availability, routing, airport restrictions, weather, air traffic control, crew requirements, operational limitations and regulatory matters may affect a proposed charter. Where such circumstances arise, Swift Wheels will communicate material changes and work with the relevant operator to identify available options.

Cancellation Policy

Chauffeur Bookings

Cancellation terms for chauffeur-driven bookings will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation where applicable. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time and whether costs have already been committed.

Private Charter Bookings

Private aviation cancellation charges are determined by the applicable charter contract and the cancellation terms of the aircraft operator or supplier providing the aircraft. Aviation cancellation terms can therefore vary by aircraft, operator, itinerary, timing and other contractual circumstances.

Deposits & Payments

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, its refundability will depend on the applicable booking or charter terms. Third-party costs already incurred, operator cancellation charges, handling fees, payment-processing costs or other committed expenses may be non-refundable where the applicable terms provide for them.

Cancellation by Supplier or Operator

If a chauffeur supplier, aircraft operator or other service provider is unable to fulfil an accepted arrangement, Swift Wheels will use reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and assist with an alternative arrangement where available. Any refund or credit will be governed by the applicable booking or charter terms.

The aircraft used for a confirmed charter are not represented as being owned by Swift Wheels. Aircraft displayed on this website are for illustrative and marketing purposes unless expressly identified otherwise in a specific quotation or contractual document.

The independent operator responsible for the actual flight is responsible for aircraft operation, crew, operational control, flight planning and compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulatory requirements. Swift Wheels' role is to source, coordinate and facilitate the charter arrangement.

Aircraft & Pricing

Aircraft type, registration, availability, routing, airport permissions, operating costs and final pricing are subject to confirmation by the relevant operator. A preliminary indication should not be treated as a final guarantee until the applicable supplier has confirmed the charter.

Regulatory & Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with applicable passport, visa, immigration, customs, security and other travel requirements. Additional documentation may be required depending on the itinerary and operator.

Third-Party Terms

Where a charter is performed by an independent operator, the operator's applicable charter agreement, terms, cancellation provisions and operational requirements may apply in addition to these website terms. Where there is a conflict, the specific contract governing the confirmed charter will control the relevant trip arrangements.
